A unique trip organised with the Eisenbahnfreunde Ostbelgien (EFO)!

On the occasion of the “Bahnhofsfest 2025” organised by “Eisenbahnfreunde Grenzland e.V. (EFG)” on the weekend of 21-22 June, the PFT-TSP is putting on a special “Ost – West Express” train this Sunday 22 June 2025 between Schaerbeek, Eupen and Raeren (return journey) so that you can enjoy your day in peace !

📍 A unique opportunity to (re)discover the L49 (Welkenraedt – Eupen – Raeren) in its entirety.

A composition to discover !

📍 Our train will be made up of comfortable I10 coaches (2nd class only) “SNCB” (with drinks & snacks sold on board during the journey) and pulled by a series 27 electric locomotive (in the colours of “Certus Rail Solutions”) between Schaerbeek and Eupen, then flanked by two series 77 diesel locomotives between Eupen and Raeren.

Note : this activity is organised by the non-profit organisation “Patrimoine Ferroviaire et Tourisme – Toerisme Spoorweg en Patrimonium (PFT-TSP)” with the support of “SNCB”, “Certus Rail Solutions” and “Train Charter Services”. It is marketed via the “Chemin de Fer du Bocq” sales site (a “PFT-TSP” organisation).
