The SR3 bar coach was originally an I10 coach.
In 2002, this coach was converted into a bar coach at the Mechelen workshop.
The coach is not used in regular service but frequently operates on special trains, such as those organised for festivals.
In addition to a bar and a music system, it features a lounge area and a dance floor.

The non-profit association Patrimoine Ferroviaire et Tourisme – Toerisme en Spoorpatrimonium (PFT-TSP) operates historic and tourist rail services, including special trains to Christmas markets.
These trains form part of PFT-TSP’s tourism and railway heritage activities and are not a regular public passenger transport service.
Services may be operated using railway rolling stock owned by or made available to PFT-TSP, as well as additional rolling stock hired from authorised railway undertakings where required for technical or operational reasons.
The operation of these trains is subject, among other things, to the availability of rolling stock, the allocation of the necessary railway capacity and the authorisations and restrictions imposed by the relevant infrastructure managers and railway undertakings.
Tickets may be sold through the booking platform used for Chemin de Fer du Bocq activities. However, the organiser of the journey and the passenger’s contractual party remains the PFT-TSP non-profit association.
The purchase of a ticket constitutes a contract between the passenger and PFT-TSP.
The ticket is valid only for the journey, date and, where applicable, category or seat indicated on it.
It covers transport organised by PFT-TSP under the conditions specified at the time of booking.
Passengers may cancel their booking up to 7 calendar days before the date of travel.
Where cancellation is requested within this period, the price of the cancelled tickets will be refunded in full.
From the seventh day before the date of travel, tickets are no longer refundable in the event of cancellation by the passenger.
All cancellation requests must be submitted to PFT-TSP in writing, stating the passenger’s name and booking reference.
Due to the particular nature of these historic and tourist rail services, PFT-TSP may be required to alter the timetable, route, stops, train formation or advertised rolling stock where necessary for technical, operational or safety reasons.
The replacement of the advertised rolling stock by other rolling stock does not, in itself, constitute cancellation of the journey.
If PFT-TSP cancels the entire journey before departure and no alternative solution is offered and accepted by the passenger, the ticket price will be refunded in full.
If the journey is interrupted after departure, PFT-TSP will, depending on the circumstances and available options, seek a solution enabling passengers either to continue their journey or to return.
The operation of a historic train on the railway network depends on numerous parties and is subject to specific constraints.
PFT-TSP cannot be held liable for the consequences of events beyond its control, including severe weather conditions, strikes, accidents, incidents on the railway network, unforeseen breakdowns, infrastructure unavailability or decisions taken by an infrastructure manager, railway undertaking or competent authority.
In such circumstances, PFT-TSP will make every reasonable effort to limit the consequences for passengers.
Any refunds or other passenger rights remain subject to any applicable mandatory legal provisions.
Published timetables are drawn up on the basis of the information available when the journey is organised.
Passengers should take into account the particular nature of historic and tourist rail services. Delays or timetable changes may result, among other things, from traffic management on the railway network.
A delay does not automatically entitle the passenger to a refund or compensation.
Any passenger rights will be determined in accordance with the mandatory legal provisions applicable to the service concerned.
The PFT-TSP ticket covers only the journey organised by PFT-TSP.
Connections with other trains or means of transport do not form part of the contract of carriage unless expressly stated otherwise.
Passengers are responsible for allowing sufficient time for any onward connections.
PFT-TSP does not cover expenses resulting from a missed connection, hotel booking, meal, taxi or any other service booked separately by the passenger, unless such costs must be covered under a mandatory legal provision.
If, due to exceptional circumstances, the return train cannot operate as planned, PFT-TSP will make every reasonable effort, in cooperation with the various parties concerned, to find a reasonable solution enabling passengers to reach their point of departure or an appropriate destination.
The solution offered will depend on the circumstances and the resources actually available at the time of the incident.
Passengers must comply with instructions given by PFT-TSP staff, the railway undertaking, the infrastructure manager and, more generally, any person responsible for the safety of the train.
Dangerous, aggressive or clearly inappropriate behaviour, or behaviour likely to seriously disrupt the journey, may result in the passenger being refused access to the train or required to leave it, in accordance with the applicable rules.
Passengers must also take into account the particular characteristics inherent in historic railway rolling stock.
PFT-TSP holds the insurance required for the conduct of its activities.
This cover does not constitute personal travel or cancellation insurance for the passenger.
Passengers remain free to take out additional insurance if they wish.
The purchase of a ticket implies that the passenger has read and accepted these general terms and conditions.
Any person making a booking for several passengers undertakes to make these conditions known to them.
