Bocq Gourmand – Autumn Flavours

Meet and greet at Spontin station: from 12.30 pm.

• The train departs from and arrives at Spontin station (Chaussée de Dinant, 3, 5530, Spontin), where you’ll find ample free parking.
• Throughout the journey, a three-course meal featuring autumnal flavours will be served on board.
• The train is air-conditioned, so you won’t be too hot or too cold!
• Your journey will take place in the train as per the usual formation listed below (changes to the train’s formation are always possible):
  • Locomotive 5183
  • Generator van
  • MITROPA dining carriage
  • HALBERTSTADT bar carriage
  • Locomotive 5205
• Our trains are not equipped with toilets. However, toilets are available at Spontin station.
• Accessibility for people with reduced mobility (PRM): our trains date from the 1930s to the 1960s, a period when transport accessibility for PRM was not as well developed as it is today. However, we have fitted portable access ramps on most of our trains.

Food allergies and intolerances: if you have a food allergy or intolerance, please let us know when you make your booking. We will do our best to take this into account, although we cannot guarantee the complete absence of traces of allergens.

The price of €99 per person includes:

• the journey aboard the historic Chemin de Fer du Bocq train;
• a three-course meal served on board;
• an aperitif;
• on-board service provided by the association’s volunteers;

Other drinks are not included but can be ordered on board.

• Booking is compulsory and places are limited.
• Due to the layout of our dining car (tables seating 2 or 4 people), bookings are generally made for groups of 2 people or multiples of 2:
  • If all tables for 2 are fully booked, two separate bookings may be combined at the same table for 4.
  • If several bookings involve an odd number of guests, guests from different bookings may be seated together at the same table.
• The number of guests is between 28 and 42. If the minimum number of 28 guests is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the excursion and issue a full refund for any bookings already made.
• Bookings, amendments and cancellations are subject to our terms and conditions and any specific conditions applicable to this activity.
